To effectively implement UCF’s vision and objectives, a detailed and adaptable implementation plan is necessary:

1- Community Outreach: A robust community outreach programme will be the cornerstone of UCF’s success. The following actions will be taken:

1.1 Collaborative Outreach: The Foundation will work closely with national and local organizations to extend our outreach efficiently and effectively. This collaboration will enable UCF to tap into existing networks and resources.

1.2 Awareness Campaigns: By leveraging social media platforms, local newspapers, and community events, we aim to increase visibility and awareness of UCF’s activities and mission. This will include regular updates, event announcements, and success stories.

1.3 Community Groups on Messaging Platforms: We create and maintain active community groups and pages on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. These groups will serve as direct channels for communication, updates, and feedback with community members.

2- Facility/Venue Lease: For the successful execution of our programmes, UCF will utilize a variety of venues within the Auckland region. These will include but not limited to: YMCA stadiums, local community centres, and public parks. The choice of venues will be strategic, ensuring accessibility and suitability for the diverse range of activities planned.

3- Evaluation and Adaptation: To ensure the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes, a continuous process of evaluation and adaptation will be implemented by:

3.1 Regular Feedback Collection: We gather feedback from participants routinely through surveys, interviews, and informal discussions. This continuous feedback loop will be vital for enhancing the quality and impact of the programmes offered by the Trust.

3.2 Programme Adaptation: The Foundation will regularly review and adapt programmes based on participants’ feedbacks, community needs, and emerging trends. This approach ensures that UCF’s activities remain responsive and relevant to the community it serves.

3.3 Individual Member Profiles: We create and maintain detailed profiles for each member, documenting their participation, contributions, and progress in various programmes. This will help in personalizing the experience and tracking individual development.

3.4 Documenting Participants’ Needs: By thoroughly documenting participants’ needs and the necessary support, we can identify specific skills or areas where additional assistance could be advantageous. This will enable UCF to tailor its programmes effectively.

3.5 Monthly Participation Evaluation: Monthly reviews of participation records will be conducted to gauge engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.

3.6 Sharing Reports for Feedback: The Foundation will regularly share detailed reports with relevant organizations and stakeholders to obtain external feedback and suggestions for further improvements.

4- Activities’ Frequency: The schedule for UCF’s activities in 2025 – 2027 is as follow:

4.1 Weekly Dance, Sports and Training: We host dance programmes for women, casual sports games, tournaments, and training sessions on a weekly basis.

4.2 Fortnightly Hiking and Social Gatherings: Hiking excursions and social/cultural gatherings will be organized on a Fortnightly basis.
